Natasha Cucullo, LMSW, Psychotherapist
Psychotherapist
Adults & Couples
Telehealth Only
We all have the capacity for introspection, healing, and growth; sometimes it takes a helping hand to remind us of our innate wisdom and inherent power. As a therapist, my intention is to support you in making space for yourself, strengthening your inner knowing, and enlivening your sense of curiosity, even amid life’s toughest challenges. My hope is that our work together will invite you to return home to yourself.
From movement and mindfulness practices to strengths-based and trauma-informed perspectives, my approach incorporates many techniques. I reference evidenced-based and somatic-oriented therapies to support those experiencing stress, anxiety, relational challenges, life transitions, grief and loss, career/school concerns, perfectionism, and people-pleasing tendencies. We will also find ways to integrate pleasure, play, and joy into practice, making space for the full spectrum of your experiences. Together and with your lead, we will discover what moves you.
