Choosing to start therapy is a deeply personal decision, often marking a significant moment of self-discovery, care, and personal growth. As a dedicated psychotherapist, I believe in the transformative power of this journey and find great joy in engaging with each person’s unique process.
Every therapeutic path is distinct, shaped by the individual and the relationship we build together. In my practice, I emphasize collaboration and strive to co-create a therapeutic space that fosters the exploration of feelings, relationships, and both past and present experiences. This exploration can serve as a refuge while also illuminating how these elements influence everyday experiences.
I have experience working with adults, adolescents, and families navigating a range of issues including life changes, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, and depression, among others. My approach to therapy is strengths based and anti-oppressive, framed in psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and attachment-oriented perspectives. I aim to offer a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment that respects your journey and creates space for questions, humor, and curiosity.
