When we are going through difficult times, it is important to feel supported and heard. With compassion and care, I am able to create a safe space for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. Therapy can be a life-changing journey, and you are taking the most important step to be the person that you want to be. I will be honored to be part of this journey with you, and together we can work on exploring and learning ways to improve your life.
I am passionate about social justice and helping people reach their highest potential. As a Latina immigrant, I understand the importance of integrating culture into our healing journey. I help clients navigate life transitions, address depression and anxiety, process trauma, improve communication skills, and other challenges. I have a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness, and spirituality.
I believe in you, and together we can work on overcoming life challenges and achieve personal growth.
