I value the intuition and knowing each of us have within ourselves. In my practice, I support discovering and embracing parts of the self that need loving attention. This approach allows for individuals to step outside judgment and the critical eye feared from others and ourself. Through deepening our connection to self, we deepen our connection to others by attuning to our authentic expression and needs. Wounds we carry arise relationally—I believe we heal these wounds through honest vulnerable connection to others. My role is to lead individuals to themselves on their healing journey.
My specialization is Sexuality and Gender, I have primarily worked with the LGBTQ2IA+ population. I prioritize and celebrate each individual’s neurodiversity and encourage connecting with language and expression that feels aligned for the individual. I work through a lens of decolonizing systems that block and harm BIPOC queer and gender expansive individuals. This can have a damaging impact on mental health. My approach to this is through creative expression such as exploring gender through a chosen medium of art and somatically experiencing emotions such as through mediation and breathwork. I am dedicated to the deepening connection to self as it makes room to authentically connect with community—to be open to giving and receiving love.
